Important: Submission does not guarantee acceptance. Do not remove or transport panels until Relyt provides written approval.

How should we contact you?
Use the two-letter abbreviation when possible.

If known.
Relyt generally needs the donor to have authority to donate the equipment.
Tell us why the system is being removed and any scheduling constraints.
Upload wide photos showing the roof and array.
Upload clear photos of the panels and mounting system.
Upload inverter, disconnect, and electrical panel photos if available.
Optional: proposals, panel labels, system documents, or other useful records.
Required so Relyt may review and follow up on your submission.
